FAQ

How can I get started on my flooring project?

Getting started is easy. Visit our showroom in Florence, KY to explore flooring options, speak with our team about your project, and request a free estimate.

What is the difference between LVP and LVT?

LVP, or luxury vinyl plank, is typically designed to resemble wood planks, while LVT, or luxury vinyl tile, is commonly designed to replicate the appearance of tile or stone. Both offer a variety of styles and finishes.

How do I know which type of flooring is right for my home?

The best flooring depends on factors such as the room, desired appearance, durability, maintenance needs, and budget. Our team can help you compare available options and find a flooring solution that fits your needs.

How long does a flooring installation take?

Installation time varies depending on the type of flooring, size of the project, and condition of the existing floor. We can provide more information about the expected timeline when discussing your specific project.

Can you replace only part of my flooring?

In some situations, individual sections of flooring may be repaired or replaced rather than replacing the entire floor. We can evaluate the existing flooring and discuss the available options.

How do I maintain my new hardwood floors?

Regular cleaning and proper care can help maintain the appearance of hardwood flooring. We can provide guidance on caring for your floors based on the type of flooring and finish.

What is the benefit of choosing waterproof flooring?

Waterproof flooring can provide added protection in areas where spills or moisture may occur. It is available in a variety of styles, allowing homeowners to combine practical features with the look they want.
